Associate Business Lead

Core responsibilities

The Associate Business Lead will develop relationships with day-to-day clients, lead the execution of campaigns with a comprehensive understanding of client business and brand needs to be able to translate them into agency actions. They will support strategy development, be a champion for creative, and identify and evaluate solutions quickly.

Reporting into the Senior Client Service Lead (Group Business Director/Senior Business Lead), the Associate Business Lead is a highly organized and accountable leader who can build relationships and collaborate with all TADIEM teams to deploy effective communications strategies. You are responsible for day-to-day account management including relationship health and flawless execution of integrated multi-channel campaigns by working closely with the project management team and agency resources.

What You'll Do

  • Build and nurture strong client relationships to foster trust
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of the client’s needs including overall objectives, brand standards, product innovations, marketing challenges
  • Monitor and evaluate category landscape for holistic understanding of trends, insights and competitive campaigns
  • Support annual, seasonal and long-range planning process on a fully integrated account
  • Work closely with key agency partners through collaborative planning and lead the execution of campaigns with a thorough understanding of production process
  • Lead and manage agency resources to support the account and campaigns
  • Ensure creative strategy supports and builds brand equity
  • Get to the root of the ask and identify needs to lead campaign development and execution
  • Oversee and lead tactical brief development, identifying opportunities beyond the ‘ask’
  • Build an understanding of the forecasting, risk assessment and overall financial health on your accounts
  • Work closely with the project manager, ensuring projects are completed on time and on budget

Desired skills and experience

  • Have a minimum of 4 – 6 years of related experience
  • Nice to have – retail and social experience
